Please take the time to read through our Terms & Conditions of Sale as outlined below, before ordering from our Online Store www.mardeb.co.uk

In ordering from our Online Store you are making an offer to purchase our products. On placing an order with us, you’ll receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order will then be dispatched within 3 working days.

Payment & Pricing

Payment for orders made at our Online Store are accepted via Paypal and all major Credit and Debit Cards.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please drop us an email at sales@mardeb.co.uk and we’ll confirm your order details along with our postal address for payment.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). For customers whose method of payment is primarily in a currency other than GBP, orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.


We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging costs.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the item listing.

Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at time of order. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you (via Paypal) before the order can be re-shipped.

Depending on where you are in the world, Shipping from the UK can take between 7 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.

Cancellation & Returns

We can accept returns of products in an unused condition within 7 days of delivery with yourself. If you’d like to return a purchase drop us a line at sales@mardeb.co.uk and we’ll confirm the return address for you.

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

Please note, while we are happy to issue you with a refund or exchange, we’re unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved.
